Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can cancel (revoke) your order without reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Please report your revocation by email (info@serenique.com). The return address will then be sent to you.

2. Refund

• You will receive a refund of all costs paid (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of your cancellation notification.
• We will refund using the same payment method you used to pay.
• We may wait to refund until we have received the returned goods or until you can prove that you have sent them.

3. Returning products

• Return the products no later than 14 days after your cancellation notification
• Shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
• Pack products in the original packaging as much as possible.
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and provided with labels.
• Other products must be returned unused and undamaged.
